Becuase of it’s shape this punching bag, beside all classical punches and kicks, allow you to train also movements from the bottom upwards such are uppercuts and the impact with which it affects has a considerable force. This ideal bag for fighters to work on their combinations, punching technquie, speed, movement and footwork.
