This double end Bag allow you to train from a variation of angles due to the unique design and shape. An ideal bag for fighters to work on their combinations, punching technquie, speed, movement and footwork. Timing, rhythm and accuracy are the key components that the double end bag helps you to improve on. It’s also great for loosening your muscles and providing an effective cardio workout.

This new design features a zipper top opening, filled with textile cuttings, strong nylon straps with rectangular hooks along with a D-Ring on the bottom of the bag. Made from the highest quality PU with a woven backing to ensure a long lasting quality. As all adidas kick/punch bags, this one is also scanned (x-rayed) to ensure maximum quality and safety.
