Karate Gi Adidas Shori is made for the highest level of kata competitions, where small details make the difference.
The special feature of this set is the inclusion of TWO jackets — one with blue and one with red Adidas markings — together with one pair of pants. This allows competitors to be fully prepared for WKF and Premier League competition requirements, where athletes must wear either red or blue identifiers depending on the draw. Changing jackets is fast and simple, helping competitors stay completely focused on their performance.
Adidas Shori Karate Kata Gi is Designed in collaboration with leading Kata experts, this suit offers outstanding premium quality. The sturdily woven fabric has a pleasantly smooth surface. Thanks to the high-tenacity yarn and the blended fabric (70% cotton/30% polyester), pure white colour dense weave, with pre-shrunk thread, the suit won’t shrink significantly when washed (30 degrees – no fabric softener!). Strong fabric creates the sharp “snap” effect that competitors look for, helping techniques appear cleaner, faster and more powerful.
At the same time, the soft inner layer provides excellent comfort during long training sessions and demanding tournaments. This Karate uniform combines structure, freedom of movement and comfort at the highest level.
Japanese traditional cut with short sleeves & pants with high waist design. The higher waistband helps prevent the pants from slipping or moving during practice and competition. A mesh insert on the inside of the waistband provides a comfortable fit and prevents chafing. This improves stability, freedom of movement and confidence during performance, allowing athletes to stay fully focused on technique and presentation without distractions.
The double layer at the jacket’s sleeve cuffs and the 10-fold stitching make this suit ideal for competitive athletes. The stitching at the jacket’s hem also provides added stability, ensuring a perfect fit. The Adidas logo is embroidered on the right chest and at the nape of the neck in red or blue color.
