This Tsuru Katana is designed for those who want for their Iai-do or Ken-jutsu practice a quality sword that will long serve its purpose, but do not want to spend too much money for buying. Despite the price, the quality and durability of these Katana reflect perfectly the needs of the Martial Arts practitioner. Katana is forget and hand polished. The Koshirae are made of iron, brass and aluminium alloy (for Fuchi and Kashira) and blades are made of 1045 high carbon steel. Tsuka core and Saya are made of hardwood. Tsuka Ito is made of synthetic cotton wrapped on real ray skin.The sword features an black Tsuka (handle), black Sageo (cord), dark brown color of Saya (scabbard) and unique model of Tsuba. The fittings are decorated with the golden newt.
